Healing with purpose.
It was a crisp autumn day in West Michigan, 2021 — a day like many others, until time seemed to pause. That was the day we learned my grandma had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The prognosis was six to twelve months. She fought with grace and strength, just as she had lived — and on Christmas Eve, she peacefully let go.
My grandma spent much of her life as a pediatric oncology nurse. Her life’s purpose was caring for others, and that deep-rooted calling is the most meaningful gift she left behind. In the days that followed her passing, I made a quiet promise: to let her spirit live on through me, and to walk the path of healing she so beautifully embodied.
That promise guided me to herbalism. What began as a simple apothecary in my bedroom slowly expanded into something greater than I ever imagined. At first, it was a passion. Over time, it became a way of life — a calling. And with that came clarity: I was meant to continue what she started, in my own way, through nature’s medicine.
Touch of Grace Healing was born out of that purpose — to offer healing rooted in the wisdom of the Earth, and to carry forward a legacy of compassion and care.
With gratitude and purpose,
Grace
